Contra Costa County Chapter of Jack and Jill of America, Inc.‘s Prospective Member Cocktail Party

You and your partner can enjoy fellowship and laughter either on the outdoor terrace with a spectacular view of Mt. Diablo, or indoors in the large ballroom. This setting will provide the perfect opportunity to continue getting to know each Prospective Member and her guest, while also reconnecting with fellow Mothers and Associates. 

Cocktails and heavy hors d’oeuvres will be served. Cocktail attire requested (no denim, please).

Price: $55 per person + online processing fee (space is limited, so please don’t delay)

**Sponsoring Mothers should coordinate the ticket purchases for their prospective members and respective guests.

Oakhurst Country Club Covid-19 Policy:

This policy applies to everyone regardless of membership in Jack and Jill of America, Inc. No exceptions. No refunds will be given.

All guests for the event must show both a valid photo ID and valid proof of full COVID-19 vaccination* in order to enter the Oakhurst Country Club. Unvaccinated individuals must show a negative COVID-19 test result received within two days prior to the event. The results must be from a nucleic acid (PCR) or antigen test. Results from at-home tests are acceptable documentation. Actual tests or pictures of the test results can be presented on the day of the

event (a picture is preferred).

Masks are to be worn at all times during the event when not actively eating or drinking. Prior to attending, we also kindly ask you to take a rapid test on the day of the event as part of our efforts to institute further safety precautions.

*Full vaccination is defined by the CDC as having received two doses of Pfizer/Moderna or one dose of Johnson &  Johnson. The following documents are the only accepted forms of proof: 

• Official CDC vaccination card (which includes name of person vaccinated, type of vaccine provided, and date of last dose administered) or similar documentation issued by a foreign governmental jurisdiction;
• Photo or copy of the vaccination card as a separate document;
• Photo of the vaccination card stored on a phone or electronic device;
• Documentation of vaccination from a licensed healthcare provider.
