Return/Refund Policy

All sales of services or goods from our website are final. There are no returns of any purchased ticket or product. There are no refunds or cancellations, except in the event of an error that is the fault of Contra Contra County Chapter (ex. incorrect pricing, double charge to payment method). In the event that any refund is due, it will be issued by check only.

 

Contra Costa County Chapter Members ONLY: Members of Contra Costa County Chapter who make a purchase or payment through this website are not allowed to cancel a payment via the chargeback feature. Members who use the refund mechanism shall be subject to additional fees and/or restricted from future use of purchases or payments on this site.
