About The Event

Please join us for some holiday delights, food, fun, games, and fellowship!

Enjoy a hearty and savory lunch accompanied by sweat treats. 

Enjoy fun activities including: an ugly sweater contest and “TikTok” dance competition for the tweens and teens, music, arts and crafts, and a reflection on the principles of Kwanza. 

Only the first 100 families in attendance will receive a commemorative ornament. You don't want to miss the fun!!

Concord Hilton Event Covid Policy: This policy applies to everyone regardless of their membership in Jack and Jill of America, Inc.

All guests and event attendees age 12 and up must show both a valid photo ID PLUS valid proof of full vaccination* while at our hotel when participating in Banquet Space Functions or Events (attendance at any event that serves more than water).

For your information, valid proof of vaccination currently includes:

  • CDC vaccination card, which includes name of person vaccinated, type of vaccine provided, and date last dose administered, or similar documentation issued by another foreign governmental jurisdiction;
  • Photo or copy of a vaccination card as a separate document;
  • Photo of a vaccination card stored on a phone or electronic device;
  • Documentation of vaccination from a healthcare provider Documentation of vaccination from a healthcare provider
  • Self-attestation or declaration of vaccination status is not acceptable.

*People who are not vaccinated must show a negative COVID-19 test result received in the past three days. The results must be from a nucleic acid (PCR) or antigen test. These tests are available through your healthcare provider, county run sites, and state-run sites. Results from at-home tests are not acceptable documentation and should not be used for this purpose.
